Scope of this policy: This notice describes the current informational preview only. It is not the privacy notice for a live application service. The business operator, privacy contact and application-data arrangements have not yet been finalised.
1. Who we are
ETA Atlas is a temporary brand for a planned independent travel assistance business. No registered operator name, address, jurisdiction or privacy contact has been supplied for this preview. Those details must be published before commercial launch or collection of application information.
2. Information you provide
This website has no application, enquiry, newsletter or payment form. It does not ask for your name, email, passport number, passport image, travel history or payment details. The destination selector changes links within your browser and does not submit an application. On destination pages, the passport-country and travel-purpose selectors personalise a general overview in your browser. These selections are not submitted to ETA Atlas, saved in browser storage or used to determine eligibility.
3. Technical information and hosting
When you access a website, its hosting and security infrastructure may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and access times. Infrastructure providers may use this information to deliver and protect the site. If a hosting platform requires sign-in, that sign-in is handled by the platform under its own terms and privacy notice.
The site code does not create a customer database or send browsing events to an analytics service. The final hosting provider, data locations, contractual roles, retention periods and applicable legal bases must be confirmed and documented for public launch. This notice does not assert that infrastructure providers keep no logs.
4. Cookies, storage and tracking
The website code does not set cookies or use local storage, advertising pixels, analytics tags or marketing trackers. Destination images, styles and scripts are served with the website. Hosting infrastructure may use necessary security or authentication cookies. Read our cookie policy for the current scope.
5. Links to other websites
Official application links take you to government websites with their own privacy practices. We do not control the information you submit there. Your browser may send standard technical request information when you follow a link.
6. Future application services
Before introducing forms, uploads or payments, we will publish a service-specific privacy notice identifying the operator and privacy contact, information collected, purposes and legal bases, government recipients, service providers, international transfers, retention periods, safeguards and applicable rights. We will explain any information needed about children and a parent or guardian’s role.
This preview does not make security or deletion promises for an application system that has not yet been built.
7. Privacy rights and questions
Your rights depend on the laws that apply to you and the processing involved. They may include access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability and complaints to a supervisory authority. A verified contact and the relevant authority will be identified once the operator and jurisdiction are confirmed.
No ETA Atlas privacy request channel is operational in this preview. For data processed by the hosting platform or a government website, use the contact and rights mechanisms in that provider’s privacy notice. See our current contact status.
8. Updates
This notice will change as the service is developed. The date at the top identifies this version. Material changes must be communicated where required by applicable law.
